Meet Dr. Ryan Church

Dr. Church

Dr. Ryan Church is a 2003 graduate of the National University of Health Sciences(NUHS). He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Originally from Doyelstown Ohio, Dr. Church is a graduate oft he University of Akron where he received his Bachelors degree in psychology. From there he went to Chicago to attend NUHS and attain his long-term goal of helping people live healthy lives through chiropractic health care. He often tells the story of being a long term sufferer of low back pain: "I went to a chiropractor and after a few treatments I was able to walk and go to work without low back pain."

Dr. Church is currently a member of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association where he has been very active in fighting for the right for people to receive chiropractic care. He specializes in the care of people with various ailments including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, and various other types of chronic pain. He has focused on the function of the central nervous system as a way to relieve many ailments. "By stimulating the central nervous system in specific, non invasive ways, we are able to allow the body to heal in the natural way it is intended."

Dr. Church is an avid cyclist. He races mountain bikes in the summertime, including 24 hour races in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He also trains and rides in the Pedal to the Point, a 100 mile ride that raises money for multiple sclerosis.
